Client Terms and Agreement

To ensure timely appointments and the ability to serve everyone, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without notifying Erika, or you do not show up to your appointment without notification, you will be marked as a "No Show" and subject to a $25 fee.

Any person under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian come with them to the first visit to sign a waiver.

Only one person at a time is allowed in the waxing suite.
